3. NO GUARANTEES OR EARNINGS REPRESENTATIONS

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & STRICT USAGE LICENSE

All digital content remains the exclusive intellectual property of Growth Works Consulting & Advisory.
You are granted a:
Limited
Non-transferable
Non-exclusive
Revocable
License for personal or internal organisational use only.
You must not:
Record webinars
Screenshot proprietary frameworks
Reproduce slides or playbooks
Distribute materials to third parties
Resell, sublicense, or repurpose content
Train others using Growth Works intellectual property
Upload content to public or internal learning platforms

Violation triggers immediate termination of access and potential legal action.
5. STRICT PROHIBITION ON REDISTRIBUTION & COMMERCIAL EXPLOITATION

Growth Works does not guarantee:
Any unauthorized :
Sharing
Republishing
Commercialisation
Derivative framework creation
Reverse engineering of methodologies
Will result in:
Immediate access termination
Liquidated damages claim
Enforcement of intellectual property rights
Recovery of investigation and enforcement costs
6. CONFIDENTIALITY OF PROPRIETARY FRAMEWORKS

Growth Works frameworks, methodologies, playbooks, and systems:
Are trade secrets
Are commercially sensitive
Represent significant proprietary investment

You agree not to disclose, replicate, or extract these frameworks for competitive or advisory purposes.
7. NO RECORDING OR REPRODUCTION

Participants must not:
Record live sessions
Capture screen recordings
Extract audio
Publish excerpts on social media
Use AI tools to replicate or transcribe proprietary frameworks

Unauthorised recording constitutes breach of contract and intellectual property infringement.
8. PARTICIPANT CONDUCT & PLATFORM INTEGRITY

You agree not to:
Disrupt webinar delivery
Post defamatory comments
Engage in abusive or threatening conduct
Extract participant data
Use the platform for competitor intelligence

Growth Works reserves the right to remove any participant without refund for misconduct.
8. PARTICIPANT CONDUCT & PLATFORM INTEGRITY

You agree not to:
Disrupt webinar delivery
Post defamatory comments
Engage in abusive or threatening conduct
Extract participant data
Use the platform for competitor intelligence

Growth Works reserves the right to remove any participant without refund for misconduct.
10. NO CLASS ACTIONS / NO COORDINATED COMPLAINTS

By accessing digital content, you agree that:
Any dispute must be brought individually
No class actions
No representative proceedings
No coordinated complaints
No mass regulatory filings
This clause survives termination of access.
11. CYBERSECURITY & AI ADVISORY LIMITATION

Digital content discussing:
AI integration
Cybersecurity architecture
Infrastructure uplift
Governance transformation
Is conceptual and strategic in nature.

Growth Works is not liable for:
Implementation failures
System breaches
Vendor failures
Regulatory penalties
AI decision outputs
Security incidents

Implementation responsibility remains with the participant.
