1. Purpose and Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) governs access to and use of all websites, digital platforms, services, content, communications, webinars, live events, training materials, and intellectual property operated, hosted, or delivered by Growth Works Consulting & Advisory (“the Trust”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
This Policy applies to all users, including visitors, registrants, attendees, clients, partners, contributors, and any third party accessing or engaging with our services (“Users”).

Users must access and use the Growth Works Consulting & Advisory platforms and services lawfully, ethically, and strictly for their intended purpose.

Infringes intellectual property rights, confidentiality, or privacy obligations
Causes harm, disruption, or reputational damage to the Trust or other users
Undermines the integrity, security, or availability of our systems or events
3. Prohibited Conduct
Without limitation, Users must not:
3.1 Platform Misuse
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, accounts, data, or networks
Interfere with, disrupt, or degrade website functionality, servers, or services
Introduce malware, spyware, ransomware, or malicious code
Circumvent access controls, authentication mechanisms, or security safeguards
3.2 Content Misuse
Copy, record, reproduce, distribute, resell, publish, or commercialise any Growth Works Consulting & Advisory content without express written permission
Record webinars, live events, workshops, or virtual sessions without authorisation
Share confidential, proprietary, or non-public information disclosed during Trust engagements
Remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices from Trust materials
3.3 Event and Community Abuse
Engage in harassment, intimidation, abuse, discrimination, or threatening behaviour
Disrupt live events, discussions, or learning environments
Misrepresent identity, credentials, affiliations, or authority
Attempt to solicit, recruit, or market competing services to attendees without consent
3.4 Data and Information Abuse
Harvest, scrape, mine, or misuse personal or business data
Use information obtained through Trust services for competitive intelligence, defamation, or malicious purposes
Share misleading, false, defamatory, or deceptive information
4. Intellectual Property Protection
All content; frameworks, methodologies, materials, presentations, recordings, documents, trademarks, logos, and proprietary systems remain the exclusive intellectual property of Growth Works Consulting & Advisory unless otherwise stated.
No licence or right is granted except for limited, revocable use for personal or internal business purposes, subject to this Policy and our Terms & Conditions.
5. Monitoring and Enforcement
Growth Works Consulting & Advisory reserves the right to:
Monitor usage of its platforms and services
Investigate suspected breaches of this Policy
Suspend, restrict, or terminate access without notice
Remove content or revoke participation in events
Report unlawful conduct to regulators or law enforcement authorities
Such actions may be taken at the Trust’s sole discretion and without liability.
6. Consequences of Breach
A breach of this Policy may result in one or more of the following:
Immediate suspension or termination of access
Forfeiture of event attendance, benefits, or incentives without refund
Legal action for damages, injunctive relief, or recovery of costs
Referral to regulatory or law enforcement bodies
Growth Works Consulting & Advisory expressly reserves all legal and equitable remedies available.
7. No Waiver
Failure by Growth Works Consulting & Advisory to enforce any provision of this Policy does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other rights.
8. Policy Updates
This Policy may be updated at any time to reflect legal, operational, or risk-management requirements. Continued use of our platforms or services constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
9. Governing Law
This Policy is governed by
the laws of Victoria, Australia, with consideration given to applicable international consumer, data protection, and online conduct laws where relevant.
